Ralph ensures our board is effective in its tasks of setting and implementing PolyPhotonix’ direction and strategy. Ralph has over 20 years experience working as an executive in some of the worlds largest companies. He has a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge, and he is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and of the Chartered Management Institute.
Richard Kirk
Chief Executive
Richard is the founder and leader of PolyPhotonix and is a pioneer in printed electronics material science and its applications. He is credited for many world first applications using inorganic and organic light emitting materials. Richard and PolyPhotonix have won many international and national awards for innovation, research and business.
Martin Holland
Operations Director
Martin ensures PolyPhotonix runs smoothly. He is an experienced, technically competent business development and project Director, who has been the architect of several concept to production new product and business creations around the world in various market sectors, having served as a main board director in various EU and Asian companies.
Dr. Duncan Hill
Head of Medical Innovation
Duncan has a deep interest in medical device innovation and provides an unrivalled source of expertise in the design and development of our Noctura products. He studied Physics, Optics and Photonics at Imperial College London, holds a PhD in OLEDs from the Fraunhofer Institute in Dresden and was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Biomedical Diagnostics Institute in Dublin.
Anna Kozaczek
Quality & Regulatory Manager
Anna maintains ISO13485 certification for PolyPhotonix, with a quality ingrained, robust Business Management System. She manages foreign market and CE certification for our Noctura products and has worked in technical and quality roles across many small businesses in biotech. Previously she managed production and processes in manufacturing and is passionate about supporting innovation.
Elliot McCollum
Healthcare Business Development Manager
Elliot is responsible for sales of Noctura 400 across the UK / Ireland. He is a results oriented professional with several years experience within commercial healthcare and specifically, Ophthalmology. This includes sales of high value capital equipment and consumables as well as high cost ophthalmic pharmaceuticals. Elliot is committed to advancing innovative solutions and improving patient outcomes in the ophthalmic field.
Anja Smith
Business Manager
Anja is a qualified HR professional and experienced finance administrator with a background in the global investment banking industry. Leading these functions at PPX, she also manages the supply of masks to our UK and overseas private patients and commercial customers.
Kirstine Hall
Senior Clinical Services Advisor
Kirstine has a strong background of working within the NHS in emergency care. She was a Paramedic and a Clinical Advisor for 111 services for 14 years. Her role is to manage Noctura 400 enquiries and supply of masks, providing support and advice to patients and commercial customers globally.
Katie Bowes
Clinical Services Advisor
Katie has many years of experience in all aspects of administration working at GP surgeries and Opticians. Her role at PolyPhotonix is to provide support to our clinical team and manage Noctura 400 enquiries and supply of masks. She is one of our first point of contacts for healthcare professionals, potential and current patients, providing support and advice whilst meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction.
