Our online Noctura 400 community

The Noctura 400 Facebook Community was created by patients, for patients – it’s a place where those using the Noctura 400 mask can come together to share experiences, offer support, and ask questions.

This private group is not run by PolyPhotonix, but is led by Noctura 400 users who understand what it’s like to manage diabetes and diabetic eye conditions. The sole purpose of this community is to provide a safe, friendly space for those in similar situations – whether they’re new to the mask or have been using it for years.

We’re really proud of these guys and how they support each other. We know the importance of customer support, our Noctura Advisory Line exists for that exact purpose, but we also know that a community of people on the same journey provides a really beneficial extra support to our patients.

We’re forever grateful to the two patients who originally set this group up (they know who they are!) – it definately provides a really unique level of customer support that we cannot.
