Alex completes the Great North Run again!
Dr Alex Cole completed his fourth Great North Run on Sunday in 2 hours 13 minutes. Although this was his slowest time ever he blames the heat and lack of training. We think he should get back out there and train more as it is Muddy Mayhem in two weeks time where he will be joined by his colleagues from PolyPhotonix. Wish us luck!
