Dan has joined the Army Reserve!

PolyPhotonix Senior Scientist, Dr Dan Kolb, has passed his Army selection and is now a member of the Band.

He completed the 1.5 mile run where he needed to get under 14 minutes and smashed this with a time of 11:40. All of Dan’s hard work and training has paid off. Next is Phase 1 (Alpha) training, which consists of 4 weeks basic army training and then Phase 2 to prove his competence as a musician, although Dan is already accomplished in clarinet, saxophone, percussion and piano, all at high standard. He will be a great asset to the band. Well done Dan!
